What the enquiry form collects
The form asks for your name, email, learner category, interest, learning goal and message. A phone number is optional. Do not submit passwords, payment details, identity-document scans or sensitive information about a child.
How the information is used
Your information is used to understand and respond to your enquiry, discuss a suitable learning route or help with book and resource access. Submission is not automatic enrolment or a request to publish your information.
Storage and access
Website enquiries are saved in a private server directory outside the public website folder. The URVALI administrator accesses them through a password-protected inbox. This form does not send its contents to an AI service or automatically add you to a marketing list.
Cookies and security information
Essential session cookies support the enquiry form, request protection and administrator sign-in. This build does not include advertising trackers or non-essential analytics. Rate-limiting records use a keyed representation of the connecting address rather than adding the raw address to the enquiry. Hosting services may maintain their own operational or security logs.
Your choices
You can leave optional fields blank. To request access, correction or deletion of an enquiry, write to ravi@urvali.com and identify the enquiry where possible. The team may need to verify that the request relates to your information. Do not send a password as proof.
Other services
The Practice Library is a separate existing service on globalportacademy.com. Follow its own sign-in and privacy information. An email link opens your email application. This website does not control how your email provider operates.
Retention and changes
Enquiries are kept for handling the request and necessary follow-up and can be deleted by the administrator. Ask the team about your particular record. Any change to the form’s purpose or data handling should be reflected in this notice before it is introduced.
