AI can explain, plan, suggest code and help compare options. The learner still owns the problem, the scope, the tests and the decision.
A convincing answer is not the same as a checked result. You learn to ask what AI assumed, inspect what was produced and recognise when the evidence is incomplete.
AI proposes. Human questions. Evidence informs. Human decides. A good decision can change when better evidence arrives.
Innovation is a practice—not a final label.

That thread runs through the four levels. In an early project, innovation may mean making one task genuinely easier for a particular user. Later, it may involve choosing a more appropriate system, testing an AI approach or changing a product direction after user feedback.
There is no separate Level 5 called innovation, and a first prototype does not make someone an expert in every technology.
