A clear starting point for fees, support, resources and the terms of the relevant programme or purchase.
Before enrolment
Ask for the written details of the relevant batch: learning level, prerequisites, dates, live-session schedule, teaching language, workload, fees, included resources, tool costs, support and assessment arrangements.
Payments
This website does not collect programme payments. An enquiry does not authorise a charge or automatically create an enrolment.
Cancellation and refunds
The relevant cancellation, pause and refund terms must be provided before you enrol or purchase. This website does not set a universal refund percentage or import a guarantee from the separate GlobalPort career-search business.
Books and practice access
Confirm whether a resource is included with your edition or programme. Book purchase, practice access and capability assessment are separate matters. The existing library uses the access issued to each approved reader or learner.
Future releases
Roadmap volumes, digital-reader features and later programme offerings are not automatically part of a current purchase. Ask for the exact current offer.
